1. What is Fleza?
Fleza is an online store that offers a wide range of trending and useful products across various categories like gadgets, lifestyle, home essentials, and more. Our goal is to provide high-quality items at affordable prices with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.


2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:

  1. Browse our collection and select your favorite product.

  2. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  3. Enter your shipping details and complete the payment.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
    All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.


4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries soon.


5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via email. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at flewzacom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at flewzacom@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.


9. What is your return policy?
